Not an onlyfans pimp but afaik onlyfans doesn't check for citizenship and shit so long as your model has a bank account in a country other than a sanctioned nation, she can recieve payment.

the models live on they other country , but they still have not bank account in new country , so can they used with other person bank account ? or bank account must be the models name ?

No. Onlyfans requires models to have a bank account in their name. Your modelwill need a government issued ID and a bank account, both being of the other country.
She cannot use Russian Passport,driving license or other Russian docs for ID. Very likely her account will not be accepted due to the sanctions. Ask her to make a government ID of the new nation.
One thing that you can do, but it depends on a country is that she can create a driving license there. That also works.
