WIth the saturation of this particular market, I'd say there are two options:
1 - The "best" guide remains to be written
2 - It is kept private - why share the goose that lays golden eggs when you can just have all the eggs?
3 - It's all about the unconventional approach to things and thinking outside the box - doing stuff that few (if any) other accounts have done before.
