A good OF alternative for me is Faphouse. On Faphouse you earn money in two different ways at the same time. Fanclub and Viewshare. You don't have to do your own promotion. The customers are already all there.
Do the following things:
The free photos will be shown to all Faphouse users, they are your promotion to draw attention to your fanclub.
The free videos have two advantages. First, all Faphouse users see them, so it's promotion again and second, you get a viewshare commission. In other words, you get a few cents every time someone watches a free video of yours.
You can ignore the option with the "single video sales". It works very poorly.
Make the money with your fanclub and build a passive income with the viewshare option. I have neglected this a bit and earn with Viewsahre in the month only about 500-600 dollars. But I know from partners that much higher amounts are possible.
With the Faphouse Fanclub you can earn a few thousand dollars a month. But also here is a lot of hard and intensive work behind it. You have to stay with it and upload content every day. I've been there since the launch of Faphouse. There is a lot of competition.
But porn will never be banned on Faphouse.. That will happen on OF one day for sure in my opinion! And you can build passive income with the viewshares.
I advise that you run the studio yourself.

You think WAY too lightly and simple about what you want to achieve. This is a business! You treat it as some hustle you're trying out. You already lack, imo, work ethic. You said you had success on Discord but, too much work... and reddit feels over saturated... You really have the wrong mindset, there is nothing that doesn't have a lot of competition.
