Yes its simple to say, but when you move forward to create business you must be ready to answer on any model questions. One of smart questions I figured is that. Why to split revenue if you can keep it. @Lunareclipse explained! Still a lot of girls working without agency using organic reach on their smm. But thanks for trying to help!

Yes I was referring to the models branding. Reach and visibility online. Once this is right you will know for sure as the subs keep coming back, repeat business and the word spreads too.
 
What has been everybody's best traffic source these days and what will you guys be mainly using in 2023?

I have a feeling Twitter will be going through some big changes in 2023 but no idea what... See a bit of madness in a few of the creator telegram groups which look a bit crazy haha..
 
How do y'all work aronund the banking? (i stopped back in April because banking became a bitch. The account had to be her in her name and I 100% did not want to let them have that kind of control)

Do you do all the sexy talking with the guys? I kept the talking in messages very vanilla. I never did "dick rates". I feel like that part of the whole agency thing would weigh too heavy on my conscious. Was considering hiring someone to handle that part, but i think I would have to give them account access - which I dont want to do

Get your model to open or verify a Wise account and you take over the account. You can send a payment to her and also for yourself from there.

Hire a chatter. Do a search on YT ( e.g Glenn van Geldorp), lots of good information on hiring chatters on there. Use GFY to find a decent chatter and use Anydesk or Teamviewer to monitor what your chatter or chatters are doing at first until trust is built up. Good luck!

The chatters will have access, but as I said you can monitor what they are doing. Part of any business, especially if you want to expand, is to manage many different moving parts, including people. The better you are at managing people, the more you can delegate tasks freeing up more time for you to do the most important things. Chatters especially if you get a good one will make you and the client more money.

Type of traffic that would be best, depends on the type / niche your model is? Lots of things work, being a bit more creative and targeting a particular niche for example could improve traffic flow. Applying tracking links to measure data for your traffic sources will help also.
 
What percent are y'all working with ?

im think Me 30% / Her 50% / OF 20% would work for all parties
 
some of these answers are weak. if your agency's revenue is $500/day and your agency fee is like 10%, you're doing all that work for $50/day? If I was a bum standing in a street corner I'd make more money
 
Anyone know any good softwares to monitor sexers remotely?
