Only way to remove hidden manager is merging via merge request form (not direct merge)
follow these steps :-
1. same name se ek page banao (what we gonna do is we gonna merge page having hidden manager in new through a form that just transfer fans)
---> dont merge directly usse admins to transfer.
2. Change the Category of both pagees ---> Local business , and 2nd category ---> bar, club, local business etc.
3. Now enter the U.S.A or U.K Valid Address on both pages with postal code fill karo. When you save address and map show that mean your address is valid if map not show your addres is invalid and try again valid address.
example :-
address - 1020 86th street
city/ town - Brooklyn, Newyork
zip code or postal code - 35062
4. click on show map, then click hour operation ----> always open.
5. now download ---> Tor browser or use usa/uk ip
6. Open the f.b id in which you are manager on pages in a tor browser or other browser using u.s.a , u.k i.p after that open this link => http://www.facebook.com/help/contact/?id=238908726149664
7. When you will open the link a form is show and the top of the form you can see the option ----> Page you want to keep ( Enter Here Your New Same name Page) at the bottom 5 option more -----> " page you want to merge " in this option you enter page that you think hidden admin in this page
8. Now Press Submit button and submit the form.
9. Now wait 2 days to 14 days for merging process.
