I have a website and I own subdomains. I had registered my site with google, but I made a change in the link.

after:blackhatseo.xxx.com
It happened, but the pre-release in serp, that is, the old site is coming out. I deleted the old record from google webmaster tool and added a new one, but it was not updated in serp. can you help me?

just redirect the old path to the new one and give it some time,
deleting and adding new propriety will not help to make the effect faster as long as you didn't make any requests,
add the old path back, redirect it and send its URLs or/and a sitemap to get recrawled,
it should take a couple of days normally, so be a little patient here
