Hey folks,

I'm on a never-ending quest to unearth new and exciting niches on YouTube to diversify and enrich my digital business portfolio. In my journey, I've dabbled with creating various YouTube channels, though they haven’t quite taken off as I hoped. Initially, I experimented with Shorts, but I’ve shifted my focus toward long-form content, betting on its long-term viability.

Today, I'm thrilled to kickstart a discussion around a fascinating channel I stumbled upon: Chill Playlist. Boasting a robust subscriber base of over 24K in just 5 short months with 44 videos, this channel has certainly captured my attention and curiosity.

So, what’s their secret sauce? The content is brilliantly simple. They curate licensed soothing lofi and relaxing tracks, pair them with a static image (likely crafted with midjourney), and add a subtle dust video-overlay to bring a touch of movement to the visuals. Voilà! A masterpiece is born.

Now, this is where the mystery unfolds, and I’m reaching out to you: How did Chill Playlist skyrocket to over 24K subscribers in a mere 5 months? Was their growth trajectory purely organic, or was there a secret growth hack at play? Also VidIQ tells me that they are monetized.

So what's your take on this?

These playlists help to focus while working or some people listen while they go to sleep. So naturally lots of niche user base here.

The overall score for this niche is "Low" with high competition. Niche is already saturated. So the five months do not make much sense.

To justify him buying subscribers, you need to check the rate of the likes and the comments to see if it tallies with the subscribers.

Such music channels get likes very quickly, 24K is nothing.

auto replay auto replay

no other niche is like this
people literally act like bots there

What kind of CPM can one expect with such channels?
