Only Fans Agency (kinda)

Anyone got any experience or feedback on this? I'm looking to either be a quasi OF agency or partner with one. My org is highly experienced in traffic and leads from Reddit. Generate a lot of leads and make good revenue in multiple verticals, though adult not been one of our main focuses until recently.

We know that we could bank on OF and drive huge traffic. But we have no interest in the actual management side of things. Not interested in managing an OF account, dealing with chatters, other SM, upsell etc etc. The main criteria we have is:

• Must be right fit in terms of model (type of content and look)
• We must get cut of all revenue (so prefer a new OF account)
• Model must be committed to sending us frequent and quite bespoke content.

Interested in any perspectives. We know we can very quickly catapult the right fit to the top 1% then top 0.1% without huge difficulty. But there's obviously a lot of noise out there when it comes to agency stuff so am trying to make sure we find right partner and right structure. For example should we be partnering with an agency or model directly? What's a fair deal split? How should we best protect our interests from potential scammers? Etc.
