i think $200 is not enough to invest in anything. I know you can get a domain and hosting and start a blog. But still, to do so, you need to have a budget to buy content for the blog plus money for SEO. Instead, what you can do is if you have a skill that can be sold- Fiverr should be your bet. 200$ can be used to buy the reviews at the beginning to get the sales.

Build out a niche money site. Use wordpress and start cranking out articles.
