Online store solutions

Hi

I currently run an online store that sells new-old watches that age ranges up to 50 years old. The store is Polish and runs on a Polish domain. The website runs and sells well for 5 years now, hence I got the idea to set up another store in English.

I haven't done any SEO on the first domain and I've got some questions of how to get the best start for the new one.

I am not sure if I should go with shopify or woocommerce. Besides having around 100 products, my website would include informative posts/news about the watches that I imagine could help me rank the keywords. Which platform or theme would be the best suited for an online store, that also has some content on it?

Wordpress and woocommerce, both free and easy to set up. Shopify costs, so think of your profit margin. Also wordpress is more versitile and can be moved to another host easily

woocommerce vs shopify..the ultimate ecommerce question. hundreds of well put together articles on the serps for that debate.
test both and see what you personally like.
as for myself i like woocommerce due to heavy experience inside wordpress. it's all free, and heavily customizable.

Thanks for your answers, appreciated. I think I'll go with wordpress, as I have some experience in web-design there.
Could you recommend any themes that could work with a website that not only sells (my main focus), but also educates (side focus, for ranking higher and having more content).

I use kentooz.com, good themes

i use themeforest to look around for a theme that resonates well with me, then search it on themelock to snatch the nulled version if you're okay with the risks.

I think I want to keep the risks as low as possible. so I'll go with some theme I get legally.

What about payments? Do my customers get to pay in their own currency or do I need to choose one set currency [for example Euros]?

well kentooz.com is legal, didn't you even take a look? They own the rights to the themes they develop, they are not nulled. anyway good luck

That's what happens when you try to answer to 2 people at the same time. I meant I don't want any nulled themes, so I'll go with kentooz.com. Thanks for the suggestion. Do you run any of the themes yourself?

Yes i use them a lot, they are very good themes

I choose wordpress + woocommerce,such as herawear,I think it is suitable for u ,just only little cost.
