I am from Canada, MTL. I just want to know how do you guys set up your company?
Did you incorporate under federal? provincial? and why
Or did you incroporate in the states and pay a double taxes?
What are the taxe regulations involving this
Canadian merchant accounts? or americans merchant account.
I am thinking to incorporate in Nevada and just use an agent over there to represent myself in that state. And will probably be using an american bank account so I can use google checkout with evalon merchant account.
There is no way i go with the big corp like Moneris or the likes.
I am not sure about all the options available so it will be good if you guys can share some ideas on how you guys setup your online company from Canada.
