I don't think that anyone has this nulled. The thing is that there are some API calls going back and forth. So basically it's kind of difficult to make it free.
If you need something GPL-able, there is an alternative with Formidable Forms but it's not as powerful as the plugin I've showed you (I use it with paying clients only, and it's not cheap, I would charge a good amount of green friends for configuration and use) and given its an LTD offer, people are super-happy to have this working on their site without a monthly recurring subscription
What I like about WP-signature plugin, is that i perfectly integratse with most Form plugin, like Gravity forms that is the one I currently use in all my sites.
