Can you elaborate on the scam? We can't be aware if we don't know how this scam works. The guy has probably made a 2nd skype account to swindle unsuspecting members.

How did you get in touch with that person ? Most probably through a YouTube video showing how that person is creating & has Google Ads accounts (with Skype link in video's description) ? If so, don't believe all such videos. Not just with Google Ads, but with any product or service, please buy after doing a thorough research or better buy through any platform which has some mediation mechanisms (such as BHW).
