Recommend long-term reputation management strategies.
Improve review response times and customer engagement.
Track and report reputation metrics and progress.
Requirements
Proven experience with Google Reviews and Trustpilot reputation management.
Goodunderstanding of review platform policies.
Excellent written English and customer communication skills.
Experience handling negative reviews professionally.
Ability to create ethical review generation campaigns.
Familiarity with SEO and local business reputation strategies is a plus.
