Online Reputation Management Advice!

Hey guys,
I am looking forward to start a ORM service. I just wanted to ask if you have any advice for my strategy. The plan looks like this:
1. I go to Yelp or Google Maps and filter out all the businesses with poor ratings
2. I create a review funnel for them
3. I create flylers which the employees should hand out to the customers
4. I hope that the positiv reviews increase

This method only includes a review funnel + flyers but I also read that some people use social media and/or SEO as a part of ORM. What's it all about and should I use this too?
