Does anyone know of good online pharmacy affiliate programs that allow email spam? I am capable of sending large amounts of bulk email but don't know what to promote. I'm not based in a Western country so not really worried about getting in trouble.

You can promote any product if you know how to hide your traffic source and where to host your LPs and how to make them look legit.
 
I just know a lot of people send spam for ED drugs and stuff like that, so I figure they must convert decently
