online insurance calculator( for quotation website)

Hi all, Quick question I'd like to ask about having a insurance market calculator system implemented into my insurance quotation website.
I am interested in working on an insurance lead website on my spare time. Currently, I'm an insurance advisor myself so I have a thorough knowledge about the insurance industry. I have my initial design and layout planned out already for my website. The only problem is I can't seem to find an online insurance market/quotation calculator. What this calculator does is, it asks a set of questions and it finds insurance companies with generated premiums.

Anybody who have done this type of website would know
how to implement this or where I can get this? I tried searching on google and
forums for this type of concern, but no luck. Do I need to hire a coder to create this system from scratch, or can I find this calculator somewhere? Thanks!

This may not be exactly what you're looking for - I am not sure, but I used a company for awhile that gives pretty good CPC. You just make a form where they type in their zip code and it brings up insurance companies in their area. Once they click on a company you get paid. The visitor can then go fill out forms on the insurance company website to get a quote. I'll link to the company after this post. I guess the only down side is that they pay net 90 and the only way to get it down to net 30 is to do 10k a day or more in volume.
