Online flv streaming player that Redirect....Plz help

Any one know any Online Flv streaming player which redirect on demand of Site owner ( Like easyFlv.com). I Need something like this but the GUI should be different.I Really hope someone can help me out to find out a Good one also any idea how much would cost to hire a coder to do this?
