I have a course that I want to put out there.

The course is in a text form, not a video. I do plan to add a video infographic or maybe even record a video myself later on but, for now, it's just text.

I am looking at different options such as Kajabi, Thinkfic, etc., as well as WordPress plugins. I had never used any of that before, and I was looking for advice from someone who did courses. I was thinking about doing just PDF and collecting emails, but I think this demotes quality.

The course is free, I am considering selling consultation or 'Done for you' services.

What is the best way to put it out there?

Udemy has lot of user base but they prefer mostly on video content, i believe.

Gumroad is a good option.
You can collect emails an build list.

Yes, that's my issue, the content is mostly text/infographics/images, but not video

Yes. This looks like a good solution, I am also looking at Podia

Udemy is the best platform for courses out there
Downside is that there's too many courses on one subject

I am not going deep into the subject as I don't know the specifics of your course.
To my understanding, you'll use your course to present yourself as the specialist and offer your consultation afterward.
Your fastest route is to hire DM's to your target group - you can upload your PDF wherever you want and share the download link.
