Hi everyone,
just wanted to make a post apologizing that in the past - I often write very short answers - or write very short questions.
I have been told that it comes off as rude and inconsiderate especially from Service Providers - they think I am being critical or being negative.
Honestly that's just the way I type - I tend not to write out every phrase or sentence - and that probably makes it hard especially for people who aren't native english speakers to fully understand my meaning or what I am trying to say....
I promise from now on to make every effort to be more thoughtful for other users of BHW and write to be more considerate to others.
Also I would just like to say - in real life - I am a really nice guy who really enjoys the world of IM and being part of this community.
