Online business with 3000$ USD

Hi guys I'm from India and I'm looking for a online business idea that I can start with the investment of 3000$.

I'm working online from almost 4-5 years am doing affiliate marketing. At this time I have 3000$ to invest. And I want to start a online business which help me to earn a good long term income. I go through the bunch of ideas from a little Google search.

If someone have a good idea and if someone can help me to setup that all the things I will pay you for that.

Ecommerce. Not entirely online though, because I'm not talking about dropshipping. Look into jewelry and accessories. Margin is pretty nice.

I'm interested in an entertainment website idea that wouldn't give you any legal headaches such as DMCA notices.
Also, to OP, same as above.. why don't you scale the method you used to make the $3000 if it's already good?

Am not saying that I earn $3000 from my method I save that money from my work to invest somewhere.

Am looking for both ideas it can be blackhat or a white hat method.

Offline businesses are much more stable than IM. If you start an online business and want it to be stable and long term, it needs to be a legitimate business you actually believe in.

You said your purpose was to start a stable long term business, so I would avoid most IM methods, even good ones.

You're not going to start any offline business with $3K. Let alone a "legitimate" one.

Many online businesses are fully "legitimate", and you can start them with even less than 3K, but you need to put in a lot of effort (which you'd have to do in offline business as well).

OP: With your budget you can potentially get a website that makes $100-$150 a month passively from Ads/affiliate marketing. Try to buy such, improve the content or the monetization, and grow it from there.

I said if he wants a more long term business, to go offline. And yes, you can start an offline business with $3K. Most landscaping companies were probably started with less than that. There are countless service based businesses you can start with that money. Offline doesn't mean owning a brick and mortar store. It just means meeting people face to face and doing business.

Also, buying an affiliate site is a bad idea because he said he wants long term reliable income. Those can get knocked out by the next Google update. I'm sorry, but IM is not a reliable income. I'm not against IM and it's a great way to make money, but it's not reliable as you are at the whim of Google and a host of other platforms.

I think a lot of people here are on the younger side, and they think they will enjoy chasing one IM strategy to the next. But that gets old once you reach a certain age, and if you spent your time in IM, you probably have nothing to show for it when you do get tired of chasing methods one after the other.

You definitely have a point in many things you write.
Remember though that offline business isn't anything guaranteed as well--and eight out of ten freelancers/companies end up out of business (and often in debt) after first five years.
That's not my opinion, that's statistics :).

On the other hand, I've been living full time from IM ever since mid 2013. And not doing badly... Was involved in offline business as well, and at least in my experience IM has countless advantages.

I think that one can make it in both online and offline. Depends a lot on effort, dedication, proper planning, patience. And also a bit on luck as well :)
