Online Bank Account and Debit Card

Hello everyone !

I am looking for a European company which is like a real bank, but you can apply for BA and Debit Card online, by sending photos of my identity card/utility bill/etc.
I would like to use it with paypal/ebay, and as everyday banking, so nothing shady, I just don't want to open account in my country in local bank.
Do you know any trusted one ?

Revolut - it's a multi currency wallet that uses real time exchange rates. You get your own IBAN and BIC/Swift. For private users the App is free. You can use NFC but also order a physical MasterCard with it.

N26 is also a go strategy you can try that. I personaly use Revolut for my everyday debit card use.. I declined all the local banks and stopped using them..
