what do you define as high risk sales?
You could always pay for hosting with bit coins or liberty reserve etc?
Look at off shore hosting in the caribbean or netherlands in certain instances. Same goes for merchant accounts if needed for card procesing too!

Ive done a little research, and there are a couple of sites that host domains in places like Panama, and I really think the best way to take payment anonymously- is via MoneyPak, then transfer the balance to a prepaid card, and hit the ATM. Its starting to become a pain, though, as a lot of the cards only have a $1000 limit, so ive got DOZENS of cards, I'm constantly going to the ATM...theres gotta be a better way to do this.

Moneypak is just a pre paid debit card isn't it? Or are you taking payment from your website with it too?

No, MP is a method of loading funds onto a prepaid card, or to Paypal. It's not a card by itself.
