Online advertising company?

Hello guys, i know here are many people that did this in their own country, i was thinking alot of how to make very good money, so i come up with the conlcusion, that in my country there ain't like these online advertising companies and when you want to ads your traffic you will be always in tier 3, so my country basically is tier 3 in every platfrom for advertising.
So the question is, how can i build my own advertising company, like Propellerads, media.net and etc..
And just online advertising company for the products of this country and get contracts with other comapnies that want to advertise their products?
If anyone knows how to do it, please let me know

I am not expert but i have bit of experience.

To start advertising network
1. You should have lots of funds.
2. You need team of at least 3 people.
3. There are many ad networks like Adsense, media.net, and many others. Tough competition.
4. this is the 21st Century. All networks wich you mention works in almost every country.
5. Even if you build your advertising network, you will not get much attraction. Because there are many networks in market.

I am not demotivating you, just sharing facts.
6. You can start network by targetting any specific industry Like mobileads only, crypto ads only, health related ads only.
7. In first year don't look for traffic try to search for advertisers and publishers first.
