Ongoing Google Ad Campaign won't show up.

unfortunately, there's sometimes my ad won't show but instead, my competitor ads will show.
Also sometimes my ad will show with the Call, Text and Sitelink Extention sometimes only the Ad alone. Why is that?

Additional Question:
How to manage my Keywords. I inputted 300+ keywords and planning to minimize it but when I got to keywords section in Google Ads, only 30 keywords shows up.

Regarding why your ads are not shown up regularly ,

might be balance is not there or your account is under review . It happens when you make any changes in your camp your account goes under review it can be from few minutes to few hours .
