Onehourindexing Dont Answer The Mails!

Hello everyone,
I forgot to cancel my subscription and then get monthly money. When i click to cancel subscription on onehourindexing, they say please e-mail us.
I sent 3 e-mail 4 days ago and there is no answer.
Any advice to get refund from them ?

If you forgot to cancel the subscription it up to them, but they don't have to refund you.
Regarding next payments, assuming you sent the emails, just dispute the following payments and then point them the emails you sent if they are contacting you.
 
Yeah i know forgetting to cancel is my problem but i think don't answering the 3 mails for 4-5 days is their problem. They can explain the situation, they can agree or don't agree but if you do a business, you have to answer your e-mails. I was thinking they're professional but i think they're bunch of kids. I don't trust them anymore and my reason to cancel subscription : i sent around 250.000-300.000 backlink to index but 1 of them not indexed on google after 1 month. I think they are real scammers.

The fact that someone else is acting wrongfully doesn't justify you deciding to not pay for the service. Just my opinion.

Sounds like they are not one hour indexing after all. Open a dispute with yiur bank and replace your credit card.
