One2Three - Reliable or not?

This user was offering facebook accounts with friends and now he is banned.

I PMed the moderators and got no response. I want to use his service but afraid he got banned due to scamming.

Did anyone try out his service? Can you please confirm if he is a scammer or not?

Yes One2three is a scammer.
Or at the very least a dirtbag.

I tried to buy facebook services from him and he delivered NOTHING because his Paypal got locked.

Now hes avoiding my IM messages.

Hes a punk POS and wont say anything about because he knows that I have proof to back up what I say.

P.s. I was looking to start a thread about this dirtbag scammer and the forum rules page has a link to a page that lists the mods, but its give a database error when you click it.

I would prefer to admit that you are right, but the truth is that his price wasnt all that great hahahahah!!!
Its all good, I have since found new suppliers with better prices that actually deliver.

And while I hate losing money I admit that its can be the price of doing business sometimes. Live and learn.
