One Web Site - More AdWords Accounts?

Hello people !
Can you please tell me, will Google ban all my adwords accounts if i add my web site on, let's say, 10 adwords accounts ?
Also all of those accounts have 100$ voucher on them ? I would like to use each account for different keyword and different ad.

Better to use different sites and redirect it to your main site.

Huh buying 100 domains costs a lot

They will definitely close them all. Even if you have multiple domains you need to be careful you don't leave other tracks, IP / similar billing info etc.

That's not a problem, but huh 100 domains...
But ok if they accept .info .

Also is it ture that if i keep my daily spending amount below 10-15 $ they will instantly approve my ads and won't manually review them and suspend me ?

EDIT:

What do you think about making account by account? First i make 1 account with 1 keyword, max daily budget 10$ and wait till voucher dries out and then i would delete that account and make a new one with same domain, will that work?

As far am i'm aware they place "most" if not all new accounts under review, I have experienced ads being approved quickly but not running because the account was under review, I doubt the budget will change this. I doubt that will work either but it's worth a try with 1 account/voucher.

I'll try making one account, adding one voucher and one keyword, then once i run out of the money from voucher i will delete that account, wait 2 or 3 days and make a new one, maybe they will forget about me
