One Time Bulk Email Sending

I am looking for a quote for a simple task.
I have 5500 emails scrapped from TripAdvisor (so no GDPR infringement) and I want to send one email to all of those.
The content of the email is given by me and will contain a link to calendly.com
Statistics is a plus.
Looking for high a inbox rate.
If the first batch hits its target, I'll certainly work further with this database with you.
