Hey guys,
Just curious what’s one small change that actually made a big difference in your PPC results?
For me it was improving landing page speed.
Would love to hear your experiences.

For me it was matching ad message with the landing page once both were same, conversions improved a lot.

For me it was fixing tracking first once I could clearly see which clicks actually convert, optimization became much easier and results improved fast.

Honestly, tightening up match types and cutting junk search terms did more for me than any fancy hack. Less waste, more focus.

Landing page speed is a good one though — people don’t wait around anymore.

For me, one small change that made a noticeable difference was improving the relevance between the ad and the landing page. When the message, offer, and design all matched closely, conversion rates improved quite a bit.

Another thing was simplifying the landing page—removing distractions and making the main action clearer. It didn’t seem like a big change at first, but it had a solid impact over time.

Speed definitely helps, but I think clarity and consistency across the whole funnel play an even bigger role.

For me it was cutting bad placements early once I removed low quality traffic, ROI improved almost immediately.

even small changes like tightening keyword targeting or improving ad copy relevance can noticeably boost PPC performance because it improves quality score and conversion rate together.

improving ad copy relevance to match exact search intent made a big difference because it boosted quality score and brought more qualified conversions.

Yeah same here, once I added negatives my spend felt way more controlled and no random clicks eating budget anymore

For me it was cutting bad keywords early, stopped wasted clicks and budget started going to better traffic.

Ad placement and on-page dwell time have significantly improved my PPC performance.

For me, tightening the targeting and adding more negative keywords is key. Before, the ads were still running but were costing a lot of unwanted clicks. After filtering more accurately, the CPA decreased significantly without increasing the budget.

For me, a small change with a big impact is rewriting the ad headline and description to better match the intent. When the message matches the searcher's needs, the CTR increases significantly, the CPC decreases, leading to better conversions without increasing the budget

Switching to exact match keywords was mine. Broad match was eating budget on irrelevant searches and CTR looked fine on paper but quality of clicks was terrible.
Landing page speed is underrated though, most people don't realise how much a two second delay kills conversion rate.
