One thing strikes me on this forum, and that is the amount of users just copying the most cliche things like ''Take Action!'' and ''Upscale and you can make a lot of money'' and just place posts with only those phrases in it.

Most of the people who say that never took action and have no experience in upscaling.

A lot of ''newbs'' with very low postcounts and standard to lower rep do this a lot, I find it rather annoying. It gives me the impression that the majority of the users on this forum are here not to learn IM or ways to earn a quick buck, but just to give themselves the impression that they are doing something, that they do something with their lives.

I think by saying that, they feel important for once, maybe because of some inferiority complex in their ''offline'' lives?

Don't take me wrong, I am not here to offend users, I am not making this thread because I am not a noob, I am making this thread because it annoyes the sh*t out of me.

The phrases are highly used and applicable in any situation as well as very useless and probably a way to get their post count up, but I think it's just a way they try to motivate themselves or something. I should sell motivation courses on here 'cause it seems lots of people are having trouble starting up

If you look at the history of those same users, it's usually them posting in threads unrelated to IM and saying "Thanks!" on methods that they'll never use.

I definitely agree. A lot of people on this forum continuously say "take action", but quite frankly, aren't doing shit themselves. But with that said ...

It doesn't change the fact that what they say is true. No one on here will make money without taking action.

Hey, that's more advice than most of these people give. You at least elaborated with a method.

Taking action is obviously crucial but like you mentioned TS - some people say it just to have something to say. The most annoying one to me personally is the "now upscale x100". Not everything can be upscaled. If details on how to upscale are provided then that's useful but just saying "now upscale" - not so much.

Anyway, I agree with you. And people you mention at least tangentially talk about business. I get more annoyed by the offtopic, flaming, chatter and emo love_problem threads. Girlfriend left you? No one cares, as harsh as that might sound. We came here for applicable business information, not teenage breakup sob-stories. Addicted to forums? Try working, it's even more addictive. Your right hand seems bigger than the left one, and you have hairy palms? Well... tell us everything about that, we love anomalies.

They really are pretty annoying and a waste of forum space and time for other members.

But to be honest, even though "scale it up" and "take action" are very cliche, they are still very true.

Yes ofcourse those things are all true. But after reading this forum for 30 minutes you can think of that yourself, it is like saying:

It is just obvious. Sure, it is great to motivate people, just don't make it too much.

Seriously though, just ignore those posts. Nothing you can do about them. There's still a lot of valuable information on this forum. If I'd been hanging here 4 years back instead of DP, I would've made tons more than I did then. I've learned more here in 2 months than I did for 3 years outside. Find a method that works, take action, and scale it up and you can make a lot of money!
