In BHW,
There is WTB and Hire Freelance section for JR VIP. What if there is an Exchange forum option for JR VIP? Sometimes people want to exchange their service with others.

In most of the forums, there is a special forum for VIP Users. I believe BHW has that also? Why don't you use that?

Ahhh the barter system is a long-respected method of payment.
You could apply this in either of the sections you mention.
If you want to buy something and have a service to exchange then feel free to post that as the "price" you'd be willing to pay in either of the WTB or HaF sections. But I'd recommend also adding a $ price in case any potential provider/partner don't need what you're offering.
