One source -> Twitter, G+, FB and Tumblr

I'm curious if it's possible to send out a message from one source into multiple sites? I want to do a few daily facts, quotes, etc. to build genuine followers but I don't want to spend time posting it at every site. In an ideal world, I'd send an email and all sites would be updated with the new message.

Ideas?

I know about IFTTT and Zapier but as I understand it - you can only create one trigger for every action? Maybe it would be possible to add multiple recipients in some way.

I use Social Network Autoposter, a paid Wordpress plugin. The thing is pretty buggy but still works.
