Do Ringtone and paypercall offers mean one and the same thing or are they different?

if they are different how are we usually getting paid for the customer who signs up?

Ringtone is cost per download stuff, and Pay Per Call offers is something which you get paid on when end user see your promotion and makes a call to merchant.

most paypercall programs work thru ring revenue which is commission junction I beleive. you usually get paid for the duration of the call. Ringtones are dead.
