Hello, I'm new in this domain and I have one question. I have one youtube account (from 2012) and I want to apply for a partenership with Adsense, but I have only 16 subscribers and only 1 video with around 600 views. I can't change my url link because I don't have 500 subscribers, so, my question is :

?If I apply for a partenership I need to have my URL adress personalized ?
? How much subscribers, views, videos I need to have ?


* Is a problem if I will copy videos with cars and I will post on my channel ? I will can be banned or something ?

well, try with google adsense they will not ban you they will just send you an email that contains objections for what they are not approving your YT account, or if they don't have any objection you will get the congratulation message from adsense, thats all :) Hope it helps you!
 
First make good youtube channel before applying for adsense... with at least 15-20 videos, unique logo etc... Or you will not be accepted...

Host a website with blogspot , put some decent content on it , and apply ...Adsense approvals are pretty lax now , compared to what they were a few years ago.
 
And you can always buy adsense account... just do little research...

If you own the videos , i doubt you will be banned and by the time you have 500+ subscribers , you will most likely get an email from youtube about how you can make money from your videos and you can then signup for an adsense account.

But if your main intention is to get an adsense account , then you are doing it the long/wrong way...,unless you can somehow automate youtube video creation and make them unique at the same time.
 
You could get approved in youtube partnership account, but amount of your video and views and subscribers are very less. You need to increase this number, and if you also want to apply to adsense, you would need a blog/site which should be qualified for adsense tos.
 
Its very easy to get adsense account (hosted account) for youtube. Even, with no videos or subscribers you can get approved (I got like that). Just phone verify the youtube account and apply for monetization on channel settings page, you get approved within 24 hours!

But, this is hosted adsense account, so you cannot use this adsense account for your websites. Later, you can apply with same adsense account to use on your website!!

AdSense has banned people for less than mediocre reasons, so I would watch out if I were you. Google is always going to be real, REAL shady when it comes to banning AdSense accounts; I've got a feeling Matt Cutts might dip into their revenue once they've been banned if you know what I mean ;)
