One page website SEO question

Actually I found a long tail keyword (4 words) with high search volume and an EMD for it. So I thought I will make a site with for it.
How can i provide SEO for it?? SO that I can make some adsense $$

Adsense will not approve 1 page website.

Moreover Google does not like 1 page website.
