One page vs multi page for SEO

Hello, I have a question. I am trying to rank some local sites for services in my area.. i personally like the aesthetics of one page sites, especially when there is not that much information on.. However I heard in a yt video that you want a multiple page website to rank better.. is this a seo factor? especially for local sites? would love to hear what have your experiences been.

business sites never have lots of pages and they still rank. I think you'll do fine with 1 only page, but you'll obviously have to get your SEO right, otherwise I don't see how you can rank :)

And if 1 page doesn't do the trick you can always set up a blog and get the necessary "multiple" pages this way. And if you manage to get an EMD for your site it will be even better...

Yes, it can help with SEO because you can target different keywords and provide more information, but it's not the only factor, quality content and backlinks matter too.
 
One-page site and a multi-page site Its based on your specific business goals, target audience.Make sure to optimize your content, utilize local SEO techniques, and provide Enough information to meet the needs of Customers.
 
In my opinion, Multiple page is better than focusing on a single page.
