Beside Blogger, have any another web 2.0 service google own ? Is that safe to post to blogger ?

Why are you looking for web 2.0 sites owned by Google?

Don't post all those articles on Blogger. Post them on different web 2.0 sites and publish 3+ articles on each web 2.0 blog. Here's a nice list of web 2.0 sites: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...indexed-google-quickly-130-web-2-0-sites.html

the more post the web 2.0 has,the less chance of it being deleted for spammy reasons, nowadays wordpress.com deletes some of the web 2.0's containing 1 post

If it has a few posts then of course it looks legit. Besides, if you make one post on 100 web 2.0 properties that post to your domain then your leaving a clear footprint behind. If one of your posts is an article, you can easily make a few more using videos or images or an infographic and even a meme. Think creatively ;)

Treat every web2.0 as a separate site. Use heading, multiple posts, about us pages Building lots of links are always risky.

Use multiple posts. Link only 1 post to your site and use the rest to link to wikipedia and other authority resources.

Multiple posts are a good idea.

If you really want to push a single keyword you can use this little trick:

Post one article with the link to your money site. Now post 2 - 4 post with a link to your first post and no other links. This will indicate to Google that your first post is more important/informative than the others and give your money site link more power. You can blast all the posts with a second tier, but all the juice will eventually go to your money site. Tested with great results.

If you want to speed up creating and posting to web 2.0 ten times, the check my signature.
