One Page Lander - Should I noindex All Other Pages?

I have a static home page website. I only want my traffic on the home page. I have Wordpress and Yoast SEO. Would it be a good idea to set everything besides the home page to noindex and nofollow? I also have images with alt tages on the page, so I don't know if I should noindex/nofollow them too? Would the alt tags be ignored if I did this?

I don't usually worry about no-indexing other pages unless they start outranking my desired page... and even then, if they do, that's generally a good 'warning' that something is up - perhaps over optimized landing page, or it has some other penalty.
