Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life
You know, while reading this book really made me realize something important: We should never judge a book by its cover.
I mean, the concept of ikigai, where passion, vocation, mission, and profession all intersect, is truly fascinating. It's the reason we get up in the morning, and it's also the reason that many Japanese never really retire. Because they love what they do, they stay active and work at what they enjoy. because they keep doing what they love because they have found a real purpose in life the happiness of always being busy and engaged in their passions.
