One more piece of proof Google is REALLY STUPID

couple of months ago someone made a copy of my site and started ddosing me hard 24hrs a day.. at first i was trying to avoid CF, tried hiding here and there... they took down any DDOS protection I threw at them, so big the attack was...

after a few days of attack and my site's on/off availability, it was REPLACED IN SEARCH COMPLETELY by the impostor. they took not only my search keywords, but ALSO THE POSITIONS I HAD in SERPS...

then I went to CloudFlare thru bunch of VPNs, etc, set it up, my site returned to google and gradually took back all keywords..

so now without any apparent reason, impostor has replaced my site in google once again...

google is effing stupid... i am always like "google is good, it brings me traffic"... well, some days all I can think of is how ridiculous this shit can get... 3 year old site that's organically reached top5k alexa rating is substituted by a few months old domain without any significant backlinks...

i'm on the grey side of DMCA myself... so there will be no reporting.. i've been checking, in some countries my site is on top, in other countries - impostor.. some places - both are in top 10...

i mean, i've jumped in with a site to take someone else's traffic before, but that was very different, i made a copy of a site that went offline, and swooped in on their traffic instead of 2nd site rating on that keyword for years before, although keyword was brandname of the original site, so that other site was just feeding off the bigger one, being the 2nd result on that keyword and thus just getting 2nd spot traffic.. that person DDOSed me for a full year, until mounted attack big enough that also sent me to CF, had me move many times, Hetzner and Contabo couldn't help... Eventually i moved to URDN, those are good guys, they do manual DDOS protection right in DC..

what i am saying is basically i am used to being DDOSed a lot, people get mad if I take their traffic, accidentally mostly, or organically. so i am not really upset with all the DDOSing, but I am truly astonished at how google is being stupid about this whole thing...

so.... I went out, purchased 3 domains with same brandname just different TLDs, these days there's an abundance of those, right? and then I copied my site 3 times over without any changes... I will be really hoping that google sorts this out soon, bring my original site back on top, and then when it decides to replace it again with the impostor - then it'll be my impostor... otherwise i have no idea how to take back my own traffic... LMAO

if one of the 2 sites is in SERPs - and it's obvious that google understands that they are copies of each other - then the other site is not in SERPs...
