one dedicated proxy for instagram and twitter account?

hello blackhatters, im a newbie to proxies and botting. im trying to start an instagram bot farm with gmt2 or gramdominator and I've found a couple of dedicated proxies for 20 bucks (10 proxies), my question is can I use the same 10 proxies for 10 instagram accounts and 10 twitter accounts pintrest, linked in and so on, or do I need a single proxy for each social site account?
