Should i go with with one big site that has review in the main domain
name that i will be adding several product launches to overtime or
should i create multiple EMD sites for each product launch I choose to
market. Which route seems best?

I`d go with bigger review sites. Better if you`re looking for long-term results.

Bigger website, easier and more profitable for long term ! ( My opinion only )

Don't listen to them, loads of little ones, less chance of being upset on Google updates. And some big ones too.

+1, lot of authority sites also getting hit in updates, so build lot of sites to diversify your earnings.

Definitely spread it out over several sites, less pain when updates come about.

Best way!! listen to experts! I got punched by several Manual Penalties... but most of my sites, arent untouched. :)

On many sites, you can test many SEO strategies and see what really works. When you find a "success-recipe", you can start a big site then, and dominate the niche ;)

i would go for one bigger and not many small

if you plan not to build backlinks I would go for the big one. no backlinks mean a much lower probability to get hit.

if you want to build backlinks, go for the smaller ones. you will be able to rank faster and when you get hit you will
have to begin from scratch again.

You could do both
The bigger one push for social traffic, forum, list building
Small, bang them out and bank

More sites will reduce the impact of google penalties in the future but ranking may take more effort without a big site.

if smaller sites then you have to put more effort & in bigger sites you can be at ease.. but when its an update both of them show impacts but bigger ones slightly higher..

Mini website with quality content and quality backlinks would work good.

If you plan on remaining strictly whitehat (i.e., not link building and only aiming for organic links) then go for a big site.

If you plan on blackhatting then definitely create as many little sites as you can.

IF you are smashed by a penalty then at least your smaller sites are independent and you won't lose your entire income in one hit.
