Onbux.com a scam or not?

This is definitely a confirmed scam from what I've been reading on a number of other forums.

Yeah, it's a scam... been waiting forever on payment...

I remember there was a website, where you could check status of PTC's like "Elite, Paying, Scam" etc

They didnt pay until now.Its a scam finally i realized it and i will never run for PTC's.And now i am working on SEO services.I advise newbies not to go for PTC sites and i am an example for that.
