There are plenty of diddy drones around, but this one has more imaging prowess than most.

It's called Onagofly and it fits in the palm of your hand. Despite its diminutive dimensions, it packs a whopping great 15-megapixel camera, and also records 1080p video at 30 frames per second. The makers claim this will give you results comparable to an iPhone 6S. Though of course there's a lot more to picture quality than mere megapixels.

Like most others it can detect obstacles in its path and avoid them, so you won't see your new toy crash into a telegraph pole on its first outing. It also has GPS navigation skills.

Using the app, you can control it from your smartphone, set it to follow you, and sync photos that it takes. You can also stream its video footage live, giving you a bird's-eye view.

The battery lasts 15 minutes. That might not seem like a long time, but sadly it's about standard for drones of this size.
