Are you using the same domain or multiple domains?

On the same domain.
Would there be 2 different CMS(s) one for each language ? How would it work ?
First time I go through this...

2 different cms for 2 languages?

why not choosing a single multilanguage cms? there are many of it very professionals and seo ready
anyway the most important thing are the directory names, the iso and in some cases the sitemaps
