On-Site SEO Audit/Fix For Small, Simple Wordpress Site

As the title indicates, I'm looking for someone more knowledgeable than myself to audit my on-page SEO (including coding factors - for instance I'm having trouble with titles and metas for some reason) and help me fix what needs fixing. I would expect that someone who knows what they are doing could audit the important pages and posts and write me up the recommendation resulting from that audit in probably no more than a few hours.
I'm looking for a bargain here I must admit because when I got the google nuke I went from almost $20k/month down to less than 2 grand last month...and almost nothing so far this month. So while I cannot currently afford to pay much for your services you would definitely earn a client and a fan if you manage to help me out of the "penalty" box (I'm not actually penalized...my inner pages just won't rank...it's the home page, tags, or nothing basically). I am NOT looking for anyone to work for slave wages here or anything though.
