On-Site Analysis/Optimization?

Hey guys,

Does anyone know of a good service for doing on-site analysis/modifications? I have a website with about 200 articles that does around 1750 uniques a day from organic search but I know the on-site aspect could be improved in terms of overall organization, page load times, cleaning up code etc etc. and I'm looking for someone who specializes in that.
