Rate problems with scale 1 - 10 and judge how bad it really is. Then you stop freaking out as it's only 4/10 which is way way way less of an issue than 10/10.

How big are the problems really on a scale of 1 - 10?
  • 1. minimal problem: Low impact, easy to solve.
  • 2. Minor problem: Low impact, requires some effort.
  • 3. Medium problem: Moderate impact, requires effort.
  • 4. Fairly large problem: Impact becomes more serious, requires significant resources.
  • 5. Large problem: Serious impact, requires significant resources and support.
  • 6. Very big problem: Significant impact on health or functioning, requires a lot of effort.
  • 7. Critical problem: Serious threat, requires immediate attention.
  • 8. very critical problem: Extreme threat, requires immediate specialist intervention.
  • 9. Extreme problem: Extreme threat to life, requires immediate attention.
  • 10. Catastrophic problem: Disaster requiring immediate and massive intervention.
Most of my problems are point 2/10, 3/10.

Daily we solve 1/10 problems thinking we're solving 10/10. How is mind powerful! But these are little problems that make up bigger problems.

5/10 is like health problems.
6/10 bigger health problems that can spiral down.
7/10 is like more serious health issues.
8/10 is almost like cancer.
9/10 is cancer.
10/10 is disaster.

Monetary problems are like 2 and 3. I have two problems with 4/10 - 1st family related, 2nd law related.

If I don't take care, they'll become 5/10 or 6/10 problems.

Last year I had 5/10, 6/10 problems - mental health related.

Interesting.
