Hi guys,
Where should I start with On-Page SEO?
I understand that I have to invest money in backlinking but I also understand that on page seo can be done by me.
I know that I have to optimise title, descriptions and keywords, but how?

Thank you very much for your time!

With your keyboard of course.

<meta name="description" content="ass">

Search on this forum there are quite a few guides with the basics.

Also you could download the free version of traffic travis, and it will analyze your page and tell you to fix basic errors, such as url too long, title and h1 being the same, description not long enough

Actually I did but couldn't find anything.
Can you show me some? Thank you!

Helllo Alex,

There are tons of ways to optimize your wordpress site. Personally, I use the All-in-one-SEO pack plugin for wordpress. It's free and rocks.

Where are you from? From your name I think we're from the same country, and if so, drop me a PM and I'll help you out.

WP SEO by yoast is the best i know so far, and the easiest way to configure also.
i am using it in all my blogs and everything is as it should be. there are a lot of seo checking sites which can tell you what ae you doing wrong. try big web stats for example or traffic travis. the decisions are made by you ofc :)
Good Luck.

I'm unsure from the thread how much help you need exactly but I always start with some good keyword research using the keyword planner.

WP SEO by Yoast as others has said is very easy to use and the fields to enter meta data will be located towards the bottom of the page editing page. This plug-in also helps you monitor things like keyword density which can be helpful.

Be sure to include a h1 tag on each page and include h2 tags where appropriate. A quick search will uncover a guide of header tags.

Good luck :) feel free to PM me if you have any specific questions.

First check errors for on page seo here http://www.seorch.eu/

Then download and install plugin WP SEO by Yoast, and you can find some youtube videos on how to use it properly if you are new to this.
